Our family-centered foundation
RasCare was built on the belief that meaningful care begins with family. Through years of listening to families and working alongside them, Rafsanjani shaped an organization rooted in transparency, trust, and collaboration.
He encouraged his family to unite around a shared purpose: empowering individuals with the freedom, support, and confidence to pursue their own goals. RasCare's family partnership and African American heritage inform a commitment to dignity, accountability, and genuine connection.
More independence and stronger connections
Our work focuses on life skills, emotional wellness, being part of the community and safe support at home. We partner with families, caregivers and community providers to ease the load on caregivers and strengthen the wider circle of care.
